Training Registration
Discounts :
You can get either one of the following discounts:
(1) 10 % less if your company has 3 delegates attending a scheduled course.
(2) 10 % less if your company books and pays for a scheduled course at least one month before the start date.
Registration & Payment :
Fees shall be paid by cheque, payable to “Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance Limited”, before registration is confirmed. The course fees include delegate notes, certificate, lunch (for full day courses) and refreshments.
Please download the registraton form as below, and then complete it as well as send to us together with your cheque.
Cancellation :
Fees will not be refunded if cancellation is requested by the customer, however, alternative delegates may be substituted at any time. LRQA will bear no responsibility if the course is cancelled by LRQA for any reason but all fees received will be refunded in this case.
On-Site Training (including all available public & non-public courses):
The available courses are also available for presentation at your own venue, at an agreed date(s).
