Training services terms and conditions

Discount

You can get either of the following discounts: 

(a) 10 % less if your company has 3 delegates attending a scheduled course. 

(b) 10 % less if your company books and pays for a scheduled course at least one month before the start date.

Registration and Payment


Fees shall be paid by cheque, payable to “Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance Limited”, before registration is confirmed.  The course fees include delegate notes, certificate, lunch (for full day courses) and refreshments. Please complete the registration form, and mail to LRQA together with your cheque. 

Cancellations (Includes course transfer) 


Fees will not be refunded if cancellation is requested by the customer, however, alternative delegates may be substituted at any time.  LRQA will bear no responsibility if the course is cancelled by LRQA for any reason but all fees received will be refunded in this case.
